Privacy and data security
Data protection is very important for us. We have, therefore, put in place procedures for security and data protection to ensure maximum protection for your data. We require certain information for software registration, online purchases and to subscribe to our newsletter. Personal data is not, however, preserved, without prior consent.
All our employees are bound by such procedures.
What data is stored?
When registering, placing an order or request for contact with Inxmail GmbH or LOW FAT, personal information is required such as name, email address and telephone number. Of course, you have the right not to provide such information. In this case, however, Inxmail GmbH or LOW FAT will not be able to fulfill the request of products, services or information
Data required for technical reasons
When you visit any website, are stored – for technical reasons – in server, IP information log file, the page of origin, the date and time of the visit, the browser version and operating system used. Also the so-called cookies are registered locally on your computer. Cookies are small text files that are temporarily stored on the hard disk and can contain information about the website visit. They make the most immediate navigation and improve ease of use.
All these data are necessary for technical reasons and are not in any way associated with an individual person. only in the form of anonymous statistics they are evaluated (see “Usage statistics”).

What data is used for the Inxmail Newsletter?
You can subscribe to our newsletter via the LOW FAT website. At the time, we ask for personal information such as, for example, the name and email address. This data is only used to personalize messages and send emails. The collected data is not transmitted to third parties. To avoid the input of incorrect information, subscribers are required to confirm your subscription to our newsletter via an automated process by email (double confirmation / double opt-in).
For statistical purposes, we perform monitoring of anonymous tracked links. You can not correlate this information with each message recipient.
You may cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time, simply by using the link provided at the bottom of each message or writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Who is collecting information?
Personal data is only collected, processed and used by Inxmail Italy, to the extent necessary for the provision of services. In addition Inxmail Italy you may also use such data for a purpose stated in each case in the registration form – provided it is given permission to do so.
What happens to the data?
The personal data that are disclosed, are used only to respond to requests for information and for administrative needs.
Personal data is passed or otherwise transferred to third parties only where this is necessary to comply with the agreement or arrangement for billing purposes or otherwise, if it is given prior consent. The customer has the right to request the amendment, modification, integration and cancellation of your data.
Elimination of the stored data
The personal data is deleted if the customer withdraws permission for storage, if they are no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected or if their storage is not permitted for legal reasons.
Information on the data
You can request free information about all personal data which Inxmail Italy has stored about you. Of course you can correct any errors, update information that has changed or obtain the deletion. You can at any time withdraw the permission for the collection, processing and use of your personal data
We make every effort, using all technical and organizational means available, to store your personal data so that they are not accessible to third parties. In the case of email communications, we can not guarantee complete data security and therefore recommend that confidential information (eg. Credit card number) to be sent by fax.
